A non refundable retainer is required to secure your event date
Bookings are not confirmed until the retainer is received and the contract is signed
Remaining balance is due before or on the event date, no exceptions
Retainers are non transferable unless approved and availability allows
Client must provide adequate space, power access, and a safe setup area
Any damage to equipment caused by guests may result in extra charges
Setup and breakdown time is included unless stated otherwise
Events starting late due to client or venue delays do not extend booth time
Changes must be communicated in advance
By booking, the client agrees to all policies outlined in the contract
